**IMPORTANT UPDATE 1/30/26 WINTER STORM GIANNA**
Bomb Cyclone GIANNA is expected to strengthen into a major nor'easter that will be bringing widespread heavy snow and gusty winds across Georgia, the Carolinas and Virginia beginning on Friday 1/30/26 spreading to Maryland and New England areas over the weekend. This is affecting some of the same areas that were already stressed due to the previous winter storm FERN. Being a mobile service, AHA must ensure that we are following all law enforcement advisories and will potentially need to suspend services in order to keep our team safe. Click here for our Emergency Preparedness notice. Please continue to be prepared for potential delays in service and/or results if the road conditions are too dangerous for our mobile teams to travel.
**NEW SECURITY CHANGE TO ACCOUNT ACCESS STARTING 10/1/2024**

First phase will include the following: User deactivation after 30 days of inactivity, requirement of first and last name for every User, “generic†Users such as Agency Nurse, Nurse 1, Unit Manager, etc. will be deactivated immediately upon discovery. Every facility should have multiple Admin Users across all shifts to assist your nurses with User ids and Passwords. If you need assistance, please contact your local account representative.
