On 3/23/23, we experienced a system issue that impacted some of our services. Consequently, laboratory results that were reported to you on that date might be received by your facility a second time causing duplicate results. Please make sure that you are carefully reviewing the results and the date(s) of service of all results received from 3/23/23-3/24/23. We have put in protocols to ensure this doesn’t happen again and apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused.
